Too expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   To be living with 4 people in one apartment, this is expensive. It is around $550 a month or $5000 for August-May plus each person has to pay utilities. It is about $620 a month/per person. All together they make about $20,000 an apartment. For $620 a month you could be living in University Village in a one bedroom, all utilities included. Unless you want to be robbed blind for convenience don't live here.
