A nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Overall this is a nice place to live. It is clean and quiet. It beats living in the typical dorm as you have your own bedroom, share a bathroom with just one other person, and have your own kitchen. Not much community among the residents though. In contrast to some people's experiences, I have found the CA's and staff to be very friendly, helpful, and reasonable. The management has worked to improve the living situation here over the semesters I've been here. The utilities (internet, cable, local phone line) are now included in the rent price, which really beats the poor, unreliable service from the company they originally had it outsourced to. The security has improved also. I've never felt the security was meant to "watch my every move"- I've never been approached about any violations. I figure the people concerned about the security are those who are trying to get away with doing things that negatively affect the other students living here.
