Ruxton Towers is the most affordable, best maintained, and most conveniently located apt. complex in the Towson area. The staff is fantastic and takes care of resident issues quickly and friendly. Parking is ample and is head-in and off street. Apartments are quiet, with steel doors and firewalls, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on every floor. Ruxton Towers is a great place to live!
