Quite, convenient, and affordable!

I am a 20 yo who manages a formalwear store in Columbia, MD.

Contrary to a previously posted comment.

I was not only welcomed by both the staff and other residents while moving in.

During the past 3 weeks I have been treated as an equal by residents of all ages! With the building being less than 2 mins from 695 and right down the road from downtown Towson you couldn't ask for a more central location! As far as rent goes, you cant beat it! Not only does the $1020 I pay a month (2 Bed 1 Bath w/ balcony) include my basic utilities like hot water etc.

it includes ALL my utilities (including BGE!!!)
