This is by far the best apartment complex in Towson. I cannot say one negative thing about it. I have made a top ten list of the reasons I love it:

1. QUIET! So quiet, I only hear people that are out in the hallway. The building is mostly older people and the walls are thick. If you open your windows you will hear traffic because it is close to 83.

2. NO PESTS! I have only seen one tiny little bug and I have been here a year.

3. SPACIOUS CLOSETS- they have some serious closet space here. The reason I fell for the place. ( I am a girl)

4. LOW RENT- I pay $810 for a large one bedroom. This includes everything but electrcity.

5. GAS STOVES- Brand spankin' new gas stove. Love it.

6. SAFE- No vandalism, no parties, no robbery. 24 hour front desk & locked doors after 8.

7. Maintentance- I had problems at other apartments where it would take weeks to fix anything. He comes within hours of calling in if not minutes.

8. Laundry on every floor- The laundry is right across from my apartment so I lucked out with that. It is quarters only which is annoying but its not bad.

9. Parking- HUGE parking lot on side and back. Only a problem if you come back in the middle of the day because there are doctors offices on the ground floors.

10. GREAT MANAGERS- They are awsome. So nice and accomadating. I have never had such a great landlord. They are fair about everything and would never try to rip you off.

There are a couple strings. They do not allow students to rent there. There is no official "no students" rule of course. They do require each person on the lease make 3 times the amount of the rent every month gross income AND no co-signers. Most students therefore do no qualify. BUT if you are a student and qualify then there is a Towson University Shuttle that drops off at another apartment complex up about a block. So that is really convienent.

I am re-newing my lease for another two years.
