my apartment was infested with bugs and i wanted to get out of my apartment.the staff won't let me break the lease.they say they will get a extermenater but they sprayed twise but no use so i think the extermenater is waste! the only thing they care about is money.so don't even think about choosing ruxton village.also i wanted to add that they try to put on you.

I fully agree with the review. This apartment should be called Bugston Village apartments and not Ruxton Village apartments. The floor is full of cracks and appliances are so old that you can take them out one piece at a time. Drier runs for about 2 hours to dry about 10 pieces of clothing.

I have no idea what these folks are talking about, I've been here for almost 5 years and have not seen or heard of any bug problems; I also have 3 friend of mine that are living here and asked them about "bugs" and they haven't seen anything other than a fly or something that you find in any house/apt. The amenities are quaint and the appliance are fine; mine at least are new-ish and so are those in the apartments of my friends. I've lived in other apartments in the area since college and these are by far the best. If your looking for the latest and the most modern, look else where..I'm not looking for the cheap construction that are in the apartments made nowadays ! I love where I live and have not heard of anything bad so far...the person above must not be able to afford the rent or may not be keeping the house clean; Try a good maid..they're worth the money !

It is a shame this resident needs to use this forum to try and discredit the reputation of Ruxton Village. The resident complained of silverfish, however every time maintenance or management inspected the unit none were found, anywhere. Consider this when reading these reviews
