I have lived in several apartments and so help me,this one is by far the WORST! Maintenance is a JOKE! It takes days for them to respond to a service call and sometimes they don't respond at all, which means you must make another call and hope they show up. They have raised the rent $140.00 per month this year and will raise another $140.00 per month next year. Their reasons are landscaping, entrance-way remodeling, etc. Each time an apartment becomes vacant they are redoing the kitchens and charging $1,050.00 to $1,170.00 (I know these figures are not exact, but very close to it). That's why residents are getting such shoddy maintenance-they are concentrating on the vacants (where the real "bucks" will be). Residents are treated like second class citizens in this place. I am not exaggerating; I truly feel very badly for those residents who have lived here for 20 years or more-they are now looking for another place to live. Discount the roaches,bugs, etc., there have been three people I know of who have had RODENTS running around their apartments. That's nasty! Oh, forgot about EMERGENCY maintenance; it just doesn"t EXIST! I know I sound bitter and I guess I am. Just B-E-W-A-R-E!!!!
