We've only been living in this "newly renovated" apartment for 3 months and have had nothing but problems. The master bath standing shower was never renovated and had to be ripped out a week after we moved in. I couldn't even take a shower with all the water running all over the floor! Even after they installed a new one, we've got mold on the walls now. There's a leak behind one of the kitchen cabinets and mold was growing under my dishes. Disgusting! We asked them to do something about it weeks ago and all they did was wipe up the mold. All they keep telling us is "we're looking into it". Meanwhile, we're still sick and it's starting to smell. Now the paint is peeling on the windowsills and there's mold under that!
Every morning I wake up to bugs crawling around our entire living room.
And we've had nothing but problems with the people above us to the point where we've called the police TWICE!

These apartments are beautiful and so is the area, but it's not worth it to live through all this crap and not have anyone do anything about it especially if you get sick because of all the mold. Thank God we're moving out!

What floor are you on? What building are you in, are you in a building that is mainly students?
