I HAVE ONLY BEEN LIVING HERE FOR A FEW MONTHS, BUT I REALLY LIKE THE PLACE. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP, AND I HEAR THEY ARE STARTING SOME KIND OF VINYL SIDING PROJECT. I'M SURE THAT WILL LOOK NICE. THE OFFICE STAFF SEEMS VERY NICE. THEY'VE BEEN VERY HELPFUL TO ME WHEN I NEEDED IT. MAINTENACE COULD USE A LITTLE IMPROVEMENT, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM. ALL IN ALL, I LIKE THE PROPERTY AND THE STAFF THAT RUNS IT.
