I lived in towson woods from December 2001 to August 2002. I admit, my roommates and I were somewhat partiers. But 2 weeks after we move in, we get a notice on our door about having an obnoxious party (5 people were there) and beer cans on the ground. They can?t prove it was us because we are on the 3rd floor with residents below us and above us. We got another notice a week later for a keg in the fire escape. It wasn?t ours, but we got blamed for it. In march, we had a get together. It wasn?t loud. Matter of fact, some of our neighbors were there, so they wouldn?t complain. We get a 30 day notice to vacate. We go to court and get to stay til August 31st. We needed the time to get our things together to move. But on July 3rd at 7am... I woke up to a beeping and cracking noise outside. My roommate comes out of his room and we have no clue what is going on. I look outside on the balcony and there is a man on a crane taking our balcony off. Our furniture was still on the balcony!!! No prior notice or anything. I immediately went to the rental office for an explanation. "Oh, it?s no big deal, just termites. It?ll be done in a week." I go back to my apartment, and there is a napkin jammed in the door. It says "Move things from wall near computer" These men built a WALL that took away the last 8 feet of our apartment and blocked the only A/C vent. July. No A/C. Hot as hell. This whole wall and no balcony thing lasted 5 weeks. In the meantime, I get a call from the rental office. I go down there to talk to them. The maintenance man says "we have gotten ?reports? of you jumping from door to door with no balcony." PLEASE!!! They think I would jump (being 3 floors up) 4 feet to another door' ARE YOU KIDDING ME'! They were dead serious. DON?T EVER LIVE IN TOWSON WOODS. Oh Yeah, when we moved out, they charged us $2,400 in damages. This place is run by gutter trailer-trash with power trips. To ----- -------, -----, and -----------------------------------or whatever: You are poor trailer trash and I hope your apartment caves in from it's poor construction and crushes you to death. And the -------------who has those wannabe gangstas living with you, tell em stop watching that BET. Cuz that hip-hop went straight to their heads, and they nearly got splattered in front of your building.
