I was in college when I lived there, most of the people living there are college students, and the place is a --------.

We had mice, roaches, no maintenance, and parking-nazis' towing cars every night.

Don't expect to have visitors parking anywhere near this place or Pollards will tow for $150 at their discretion.

Oh, and living with an apartment complex full of college kids means degenerates in the parking lot every night, police visits, and things getting destroyed around the complex.

The office personal had the audacity to try and charge me over $1000 in damages to this dump, and quickly backed down at the threat of court or an inspection by the state.

They act like the place is in high demand and "premium", don't be fooled.

OK for college, not for everyone else.

What's wrong with towing vehicles that are illegally parked. Ecscuse me for being pushed out of my mothers ------ to only grow up and try to make a decent living to pay for my bills. stupid --- college kids like you create unnesasary problems like getting drunk and crashing into sober people and ruining their lives or staying up till 4 in the morning all high on blow and ------- anything with a hint full of a heart beat. so while your out all night using up your parents money on beer and condoms and blow remember that thier paying your way through so you can support towing nazis like me. thanks
