Honestly, I don't know what all the complaining is about. I'm currently in college, and I think living in Towson Woods was a great choice. Even though parking may be tough at times, it's really not too difficult to park on the street and walk two minutes to my apartment. And yes, there ARE parking nazis... but residents should learn to appreciate them. It keeps visitors from parking in residents' spots!!! And even though the laundry service is a bit of a hassle, at least I don't have to worry about "outsiders" using the washer/dryer. New managment took over a few months ago, and I have NO complaints. I needed a new mailbox key, and I had it in my hand less than 30 minutes after I made the request. The maintence closet next to my porch flooded, and they were fixing it at 7:00am the next morning. The women in the office are always polite and welcoming. There is great lighting at night and I feel completely safe walking to my apartment alone. Sure, there's going to be noise occassionally, but what do you expect living in a largely college-populated apartment complex'! I pay rent on my own (Mommy and Daddy don't flip for the bills) and I'm very satisfied. So, for all the other residents complaining: why don't you take a look at other local apartment complexes and compare' Or better yet, move out! Towson Woods is a great deal and I have nothing negative to say about living here!

hahaha must be one dirty person to be able to live here. This is probably the apartment complex manager trying to make it look good.
