Where should I start, the terrible management and maintenance, the millions of leaks, or all the broken appliances' Number one the management is probably the worst ever in history.
I doubt anyone working in towson woods has even a GED.
They are all completely ignorant and catch attitudes when you call for a maintenance request...as if its not their job to fix something.
Oh and by the way they don't fix ANYTHING.
They give some lamo excuse and leave without doing a god damn thing.
The three bedrooms are Two bedrooms with a piece of dry wall separating what use to be the dining room from the living room.
Its about the size of a shoebox and they actually had the nerve to increase our rent as if they added square feet to the apt.
There are MICE everywhere and trust me maintence doesn't care at all.
Its also completely unsafe b/c they repeatedly open the fire escape and do not lock it back up when finished.
Its totally creepy, the maintence ------S come onto your balcony with out even a warning and then they act as if they can't believe your giving them attitude.
I had to tell CHARLES the apt idiot maintence man to get out of my apt bc he reaked of booze and cigs.
This place is a real sh*thole...whatever you do DONT LIVE HERE!
Oh and by the way its possible if you do you will get carbon monoxide poisening....Oh one more thing...the bathrooms are covered with green mildew that wont come off

Dude - just don't use the word "------". A true -------- person would actually be helpful and try their best. It sounds like the maintenance people there are rejects - probably picked up outside the detention center at release time.
I rented for 15 years and now have a house but it amazes me how bad apartments have become...it sounds like investors buy these places and try to milk every dime out without considering the lives of their tenants. When they have made enough out of you they sell to an equally greedy outfit who again spends no money on the broken down complex but charges market rents. RIPOFF!
