I have been living here for the past three years.

I agree that alott of the problems mentioned on here did happen.

I actually had a mice problem which I called over and over again.

I also had several issues with the office staff.

They were so rude and so ghetto!!! HOwever since new management has taken over it has been nothing but uphill.

They changed the entire staff and it shows.

When I talked to the new manager about my mouse problem she actually walked up with the maintenance guy and went though my apartment.

They found several holes and sealed them all up.

That was in June and I have not had a problem since.

I was going to move out because I was so unhappy with this place and now I am glad I didn't.

My maintenace issues are addressed and the office staff is very nice and helpful.

I would finally recomend towson woods to my friends.
