Things have really changed around here since the new staff came in.
They are all very nice and very helpful in resolving any issues.
Any maintenance issue I have had, which was not a lot, has been addressed very timely, since the new staff has been brought in.
I would definitely recommend living here now and plan on staying.
The old employees were not very good at keeping the tennants happy and the old reviews on this site definitely do not apply anymore.
The new staff came in around the middle of 2008 and have completely changed things...
Good job Towson Woods management and maintenance!
