This place is filth - The ONLY redeeming quality for this complex is Caryl, the assistant community manager. She does try to make sure that everyone is happy, and she understands the issues. Going on 2 years here, an honest review. - I'll be honest here. This place, while not perfect, is enjoyable. I'm going to get all of the bad things out of the way first. MICE - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Do not under any circumstances move to this complex. The place is infested with mice. We did not ask around before we moved in. Aren't we the fools. Comfortable Living We have truly enjoyed apartment living in this community. It is safe, quiet and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was well maintained during the summer. Staff is very responsive. Close to campus life and medical centers.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE Kenilworth seems like it would be an excellent choice since it's close to campus but it is NOT. They tow any cars without tags, usually in under 30 minutes. They have maintainance in and out of apartments everyday with their "luxorious renovvations".

4 year Resident I lived at Cromwell for 4 years (2004-2007), prior to the renovations. The office staff was always plesant, the grounds always clean, and both maintenance supervisors there were excellent deal with. Overall a great place to live and close to 6-95.

the staff is horrible my apartment was infested with bugs and i wanted to get out of my apartment.the staff won't let me break the lease.they say they will get a extermenater but they sprayed twise but no use so i think the extermenater is waste! the only thing they care about is money.so

Average. Highly priced and old apartments We have lived here for an year and are moving out. The apartments are very spacious and yes you pay 1400$ for a 2 bed room, so they better be spacious.
