Management is not good at keeping neighbors' noise down. Other than that, they are well-run, nicely arranged apts. Traffic is relatively low in the area. It is a nice neighborhood, with a country club right across the street. The police presence is noticeable but not high, despite the correctional facility a few blocks away. Hunter's Glen is an excellent place to live, unless you are unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors.
