Still Nice but Management Has Let Things Slide - and EXPENSIVE

PROS: These are very, very nice apartments. They have flexible ways of paying your rent and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests. Neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. Anytime there is a problem in the community, management is quick to respond. They are very, very good at snow removal. The community is beautiful.
CONS: Management has let property upkeep slide. You can hardly get near some of the trash dumpsters because of garbage left outside of the cans. Also, even though pool is only 3 ft. deep at it's deepest point, rules keep changing on how to get in and management doesn't seem to be very interested in making things better for tenants. Also, rent increases are outrageous - $100 per year and $250 if you don't sign a new lease!
