I have only lived here for a year now and the mangement sucks. They are all very rude. The maintenance men take forever to come and fix a problem. My door has been broken every since I moved in and still has not gotten fixed. I have put in several complaints about this problem. About a month after I moved in things started falling apart. You don't have any privacy because everyone hears all of your business and vice versa. There have been times where I have been left receipts for work orders that people have been in my apartment and I never knew what they were fixing was broken. There have been several car breaking intos and even one car theft since I have lived here. When my car was broken into, I was told that it was the first. That was a very BIG LIE!!! Overall this apartments sucks and it is too small for the price you pay. On the positive side, the neighbors are nice and the surrounding area is beautiful. I think that you can find something better for the price you pay here. Unbelievable!!!!

I have lived in these apartments for over a year now and every time that I have asked for something to be fixed, it gets done. Not to mention that when there is routine maintinance done, they put notices on all doors with a time frame of what days they are going to be coming in your apartment. I haven't had any problems with people coming into our apartment with out proper notice. As far as the staff being rude, I have no idea what you are talking about. Not once have I had a problem with the staff in the office. They have all been very nice to us. I think they are very helpful if you just ask in the right way. As far as cars getting broken into. Guess what? One was mine. I don't put blame on the apartment complex at all. My insurance covered it. The only people I am mad at is the Prince Georges Police Department (which I will not get into) and possibly my neighbors who "didn't hear anything."
