I lived in Hunters Glen for about a year, and I was mostly happy there and satisfied with my choice. Next to Churchills Choice, it is the closest thing to luxury apartment living you'll find in Upper Marlboro. When I first moved in, we had horribly noisy neighbors -- teenagers who would stand outside and carry on loud, profane conversations with each other and on their cell phones. I complained on the regular and often called the police. They moved about four months into my lease, and things were much better. The parking lot is awful; the spaces are too small, which made getting out of your car difficult. I think they could really update the look of the apartments with six panel doors throughout and new cabinets, but I know those are expensive. The rent, I thought, was high, but, hey, it's DC, right' Even in PG County...rent there is ridiculous. The management was always nice to me and very helpful. They were really good about delivering heavy packages to my apartment. Mostly a good living experience.
