Review after being here a little while

I did a LOT of research before moving into Hunters Glen. I did a lot of apartment viewing in the areas where I wanted to live. With all that said, yes it is expensive. But if you compare it to the going rates for other communities it is worth the difference.
The difference between Hunters Glen and Churchwhatever apartment is like night and day. Although Churchwhatever apartment is cheaper and offers more space. The condition of the apartments leaves MUCH to be desired. Everyone that sees my place loves it. The walk in closets and HUGE bathrooms are amazing. Every service request has been resolved and resolved quickly. The management is EXCELLENT and the gym is great and never crowded. They also have community events which is a nice extra joy. I know I made the right choice. You can not put a price on all of the options at Hunters Glen. On the downside, it is all about your neighbors. I have VERY noisy upstairs neighbors who moved in about a week after I did. They walk EXTREMELY heavy and it is a pain. But My neighbors to the side of me are a dream I never know when they are in. If the ceilings and floors were a little thicker, There would be about a 3 year wait to get in here as the noise is a major concern of residents. I knew coming in that there were noise issues and although it is a pain with my upstair neighbors, I would still movie in!
