Moved in last June with my fiance and have been happy since. Lots of parking, can always find a place close to my building. Very quiet for the most part except for kids running down the stairs. (My bedroom is right next to them) Other residents are polite and speak when passing. Leasing office is great from answering questions to getting things fixed in when you put in a work request. Also very pet friendly, only community I know of that allows medium sized dogs. Rent is slightly higher than nearby researched apartments ($50) but for stainless steel appliances that's nothing.

Well, I been living here since April 2008. My apartment is on the John Rogers side. There are kids constantly on the steps loitering and smoking weed. You find tobacco on the ground and trash. They sit on the steps as if you should ask them for permission to go up the stairs. Management is aware of this problem but has chosen to do nothing. They make all sorts of promises of what they are going to do and then turn around and do nothing. Mr. Buzzuto can't know what is going on at this property. The windows do not even fit in the window ceil causing heat and air to go out. They have fired the cleaning crew we had and now no one cleans the buildings. When I complained about the building not being cleaned, I was told that it was and then I found out that the maintenance guy was actually cleaning up the stuff I was complaining about. It had only been on the steps for 2 days, but the building is being cleaned everyday. We have drug dealers loitering on the property especially in front of this building. So take it from me do not move here, it is a high priced ghetto.

I was thinking about moving into Glen Hunt. Besides the teens hanging in the stairways smoking weed and the walls being thin where you are able to hear neighbors walking. Are you satisfied with Glen Hunt overall? For the teens I believe in enforcing the law by calling the police as much as I have too to move that out of your community. I have reviewed responses from other areas and so far the comments for Glen Hunt are not so bad. Please help me out here before I make a choose. Thank you.
