I thought moving to Largo was going to be a big change for me "NOT" It's not that bad, but a couple of changes could be done to make this neighborhood worth it. Kids are consantly loitering & playing in the hallways. I mean HELLO do you rug rats have curfews. Parking is not so hot, if you come home after 7:00 you need to hang it up if you think your parking by your building. I'm not a visitor so I don't want to park in visitor's parking. Maintenance SUCKS!!! You would think it would be easy, it's only two damn buildings. You have to request maintenance several times before they think about showing up .. I hope it's not a life/death emergency. As much money we spend monthly to live here, you would think we could at least get a FULL SIZE washer & dryer. The washer is so small, only a pair of jeans can fit and the dryer takes hours to dry. The office staff are friendly but they don't know what their doing. They don't take the residents complaints into consideration. Ever since I been here it's been a couple of different women in the rental office, and they're not working out either. For the manager or the management office that reads this you need to make some improvements!!!!!
