When I found Largo Center Apartments, I just knew that I hit a gold mine. The rent was inexpensive for the area, as well as the amenities offered. Such as, the controlled access doors, washer & dryer in apartment, dishwasher, garbage disposal, swimming pool and fittness center. Not to mention, the outward appearance was looking pretty good. Little did I know, I was in for a rude awakening. To begin with the swimming pool was closed half of the Summer, and when it did open, it opened late and on various occasions closed early. The lifeguard didn't keep a close eye on the children or enforce the rules of the swimming pool. The so called "secured door" stays broken because of the children who liked to keep it ajar, with various farn object because they don't have keys to get in the building the conventional way. It is an embarrassment bringing guess to your home, because they have to endure the horror of stepping over children before getting to the elevator or your apartment. The funny part about it is, the parents of the children who hang out in the hallway, are some of the parents that have the nerve to complain about the other children hanging out. As if their children aren't part of the problem. On occasion the elevator has been broken. Which has never really apposed a problem for me, however it is a problem when you have to use a stairwell that smells like urine and sometimes marijuana or cigarettes depending on what day of the week it is. Maintenance is pretty good. I have never had a problem with them fixing anything in my apartment and they really try to keep the building clean, but what good is it to them, to clean the building when the children turn right back around and trash it all over again. Talking to management is like talking to a brick wall. Don't get me wrong they are very nice, but to say the least incompetent. This would be a great community, if the parents of the children who hang in the hallway took the time to find recreation for them instead of ignoring them. Or better yet if management started paying more attention to what is going on in the community and enforcing the policies of the lease that was signed by the residents.

Can you please tell me the building number or the building numbers where the loitering is? I'm considering moving around there and don't want to deal with a bunch of kids etc.
