I have lived in these apartments for about 9yrs. I have seen it go from nice , respectable apartments to rude, ghetto, and don't get me wrong Section-8. The management is incompetent and so is Corporate. The buildings are not kept up. They do not clean the inside and grounds regularly. Drugs are sold out of each buildings and car theft is terrible. People move in and out on a regular. I used to enjoy the apartments. Now it looks like they cannot keep tenants so the allow and except anybody in the apartments. Kids are out of control. They smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways.Management do not keep up with routine maintenance of appliances along with A/C, pool. It has gone to the dogs, I plan on moving and would not recommend it to anyone until the Corporate Office is able to bring in Property Managers who are professional and experienced.
