I lived in Largo Center Apts back in the late 90's. (1997-1999) At that time the apts were great. Management maintenance, grounds well kept. My sister now lives in bldg 540. The staff is not as responsive as they should be. The floors in there apt are sinking in around the toilet in the main bathroom, the kitchen floor and entrance are the same. Not sure what is going on under the carpet and tile. The apts are not badly priced, but they could consider doing some updates to the units. It's not always about getting new carpet and painted walls, which also need repairs. The lights on the outside of the bldgs are not on the same timer, so if you come out to early in the mornng, the lights on the bldg are already out, so that to me is a big saftey issue. The back of the bldg has much less lighting. The complex needs to consider adding additional lights to the back of the bldgs also. So again, not a bad community, but the complex should consider making some updates to the units, the lighting on the bldgs for safety concerns, parking is not bad with the exception of the lighting, if you come out to early, the lights are already off, the back of the parking lot does not have the same amount of lighting. Staff the majority of the time has signs posted on the doors, that they will return at a certain time, and then you never get to see them. Maybe they need to consider adding and additional person to alleviate the sign always being posted on the door.
