To all those interested in Churchill's Choice please be advised this is the porrest managed complex in existence. It is now aproaching the end or lease and we are still waiting to have things repaired and/or fixed that we found on out move in date (1 year ago). I could write a book on how bad the management is here. The maintance personelle are excellent but the management needs a major overhaul.

Your singing to the chore the management sucks bad, Mr. Don is a unprofessional ------- to the third degree. They lied to me when I signed my lease talking about new carpet , blinds and everything please. The washer and dryers are old and are pieces of junk that they only replace with more used junk. The utility bills are so high I think they have everyones apartment wired all boot-leg. The sliding doors are not corked nor the windows therfore you heat goes right out the door. In the summer the AC does work worth ----. and the winter the heat dosen't work worth ----. All winter I had to use my fire place to warm my entire apartment up and that cause my gas bioll to be high as hell. Boot-leg, Boot-leg I tell you!
