Okay, I normally don't post reviews because I've had good experiences with various apartment communities. However, I feel compailed to share with the horrible situation that I am having with these apartments. I have lived here for 3 weeks and I have had numerous unresolved problems with the apartment not to mention that the staff is incompentent. First, you must provide your own blinds and telephone outlets for your apartment. Secondly, I have had them replace the washing machine (it didn't spin), the icemaker didn't work, the toilet was shakey and leaked every time I flushed it, the stoppers for the tubs and garbage disposal was missing and the laundry room doors were hanging from the hinges. I was told that the doors would be replaced and they still have not and they have been working on the toilet for over a week. It takes maintenance forever to fix things and the management team always lies about when it's going to be fixed. They always promise to send someone out and noone shows up. Then there's the incompetent management team. They promised to have my phone turned on for me (so they can get the $25 commission for doing it and it took me 3 weeks to get my phone turned on. The phone company faxed them back and told them to have me call because I was a first time subscriber (I just moved here) and it wasn't until I inquired about my phone (2 weeks later) that they pulled the fax and told me that I needed to call. The fax date read 9 days earlier. Then one of them promised to program my cell phone number into the call box so that I could let people in and after I week, I still wasn't in there. When I called to inquire, she told me that "she hadn't gotten around to it because she's been busy." I guess once you sign your lease, they have no use for you. They don't have a clue what Customer Service is. And I can go on and on but my suggestion is for people NOT to stay here.
