I have lived here for 1 year and I must say that everything has been as I expected. The Mgmt office is always available to help and very friendly. The maintenance staff has always been very prompt and I love the view here. The price is a bit lower then most other apartments in the area and the room sizes are good.

Were you looking at homes for rent before this? It's my understanding (from visiting the property) that the lowest rent is in the low to mid 1400's. That is NOT cheap in my experience. Is there anything you don't like about the place? Something they could do a little better, perhaps? I would like to know because I was considering moving here. Thank you.
