First of all everyone's opinion is different. My roomates and I have lived in Churchills Choice since September 2004 and we have been living here five months. In that five months we have had more problems than normal....... We pay almost 1500 rent and we never have HOT WATER and WE pay for it. We have called the rental office on numerous occasions to fix this but it is still yet to be fixed.

Another problem that we constantly have a problem with is HEAT our entire apartment is never heated and WE pay for that too. As of right now our electric, gas, and water bills are unreal and we feel that we're getting ripped off daily that why we're breaking our YEAR LEASE and moving in seprate apartments.

The staff in the office IS GREAT but we still have continous problem that haven't been fixed SINCE WE'VE BEEN HERE but if we don't pay our rent they will be quick to put you out.

I'm not saying the neighborhood is bad it's actually GREAT.A little inconvient if you don't have a car but other wise it it's nice but think TWICE about the rent your about to pay and exactly what your going to get because my roomates and I are breaking our ONE YEAR LEASE because we feel we're getting ripped off. So think about it.

The complex have a lot of issues you been warned, it's a big con to get your security deposit and first month rent then your on your own wants the problems start popping up like toilets constantly running yet you pay the water bill. When your heat blows out nothing but cool air, closet doors are hanging off because they were not hung right along with your bedroom door.
