I truly regret moving here. I have never seen such incompetence. When I moved in things that were to be taken care of were not. The building has to be a health hazard given the stench. I have 10 months left on my lease and I am counting every day. I have not unpacked in anticipation of the joyous day I leave this pit in HELL. It is a rip off. Do not live here!

I have a pending application now. I was wondering what building you lived in? If its the same building they want to put me in I would like to know if I need to be hyper vigilant with regard to inspecting the place for potential problems.

Do your other neighbors share the same experiences as you? Has anything been fixed since you posted this? I am thinking of moving here 2 get away from the loitering, roaches, wild birds, dogs & their feces, loud neighbors & their destructive kids, & the constant soliciting, loitering & gunshots in my current apartments. Is Churchills Choice worse than that? Thank you.

Trust me, it's every buidling, my sink has been jamed since moving there 2 years ago, and finally I had to fix it myself. and it smells in every building, and they won't do anything about it. There is never air conditioning in the hallways, which adds to the smell and you end up paying more in electric because the halls are so hot...
