I am truly disturbed by reviews that state how ghetto Churchill s Choice it. It is PG county. The majority of the people who live here are black. Besides that I don t see how anyone could call it Ghetto. There is a golf course out back for goodness sake. How ghetto could it possibly be' Professionals from teachers to lawyers live here. The floorplans are beautiful!! I love the way I have a balcony door leading from the bedroom and the livingroom. I have plenty of space, washer and dryer, two bathroom doors from my bedroom and the hall. The large deck like balcony retreats into privacy. The maintenance people come as soon as I call them. I lived everywhere from expensive Silver Springs to D.C. and this is the first place that I have lived that has NO ROACHES, NO MICE. I would stay here forever if it wasn t so expensive. In conclusion if you don t like black people definitely don t move here. We don t want you anyway. If you would look a nice place to live amongst black professionals this is the place for you.

I wouldn't call it Getto either but pricy yes not worth it hell no. I must say that don't have any rodent problems at all that's a good thing but they charge you extra for everything storage, which is small garages which are small for the price why isn't anything included for being a resident. Don't get behind in your rent because they will not try to work with you at all they will just give you the boot.

If you don't think it's Ghetto, it's because you came from the ghetto!!! You wouldn't know S**t if you smelled it.
