Advantages
Neighborhood is safe
Nice View
Near gas station
Disadvantages
Somebody keeps ringing the fire alarm all times of night.
Parking spaces are to small on one side to fit into.
Maintenance can be a bit slow in getting things fixed.
Treadmill in work out facility never works and you pay for it.
Walls are pretty thin.
Electric bills are pretty high.
