I lived in these apartments for one year with my lease just ending in December 03. It is true what others say about poor management and service. The management is not very responsive to customer problems. I called the maintenance service for home repairs multiple times to no avail. There were even things listed on the walk-through sheet that management knew needed to be corrected and they never were fixed. I simply got tired of trying to get them to correct things and just lived with the problems. I lived on the first level by the stair case and it was horrible. The building staircase is made of only wood and thus amplified the noise you could hear and feel (while in your own apartment) when people traversed the staircase. There is a lot of kids and adults within the community who do not know how to come up and down the staircase without many an exsorbitent amount of noise. It was truly unbearable at times. I would definitely not reccomend moving into a first level apartment or an apartment near the staricase. Furthermore, if you have a problem with running water...let me mention the continually flushing toilet in my unit, that I tried to get fixed multiple times. To put it simply, I would not reccomend this complex to anyone.
