Overall, living here for the past year and a half was a very pleasant experience. I really had no complaints. Since I decided to live there to make the commute to Andrews AFB much easier (10-15 min), it worked out great. I could have opted to live closer to D.C. or Alexandria, but I didn?t want to deal with all the traffic. The rent was inexpensive so that was a huge bonus!!



I guess the only gripes that I would comment on, is the option to move-in or move-out on the weekends. Having to try and move on a day during the normal work week M-F, made the move that more stressful. I just wished that the management?s hours were more flexible on the weekends. If the end of the month falls on say a Sunday, you should have that option to move on that day versus on Monday. Make it convenient for the tennant.



To sum it up, I would highly recommend living here if you?re looking for a place that the rent is reasonable, you don?t mind the commute to the D.C. area/nearby towns, it?s quiet and peaceful and finally, a place that has great appliances, clean carpet, etc. and that overall "homey" feeling. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

If it???s "reasonable" that you vehicle be broken into and that you have to "look back" when walking to your apartment and still pay close to $1400 per mo. for a 2 bed room...then I would not recommend it. Please see more recent reviews and note that the management team has changed three subsequent times since this review (twice since I lived here - and still do currently). With every management change you can expect two things to increase: rent and incompetence!
