I enjoed my stay at the woods of marlton.
The staff has always given you same day service. Never did i have to keep calling about noise, maintenance issues, of staffing.

Wow!!! You must have has "connections" in the renatl office. I found the above results only occured if you 1. threatned legal action, 2. called nad visited the renatl office so much that they tired of you (which is difficult in of itself since they "utilize" caller ID, close the office early regularly, or suddenly are unavailable or 3. are in a "relationship" with a memeber of the maintenance staff!

Let the tenant reside at and around building 8827 and I can bet they will move very soon!
