I enjoy my stay here at the woods of marlton. The staff is friendly and the people who live around me is great. I would recommend this apartment community to my friend or any one who would ask. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

A new resident? I hate to be pessimmistic but give it a "couple moths" ans write another review. I know all area have their "issues" but with the $$ expectations required of tenants you'll see that theres a huge disparity when YOU have expectations of the staff and community!
