I have been living in my apartment for a little over a year, and i must say this is the worst place i have ever lived. I have had everything happen to me from my ceiling in the bathroom leaking on me while in the bath tub to both my other bedrooms leaking. my apartment has flooded twice, and to top that off the rental office didnt want to change the carpet knowing the smell the flood left in my place. They admitted to all of these problems being their fault but showed not a care in the world that i was still suffering from them. My ceiling in my bathroom has be fix four times in one year and itz still leaking on my head. Not to mention the car break-ins!!!!!!!!!

I read numerous comments and have spoken to plenty of ppl and yet I am still confused as to whether or not I should move to WOM. Is there much crime or burglories? I have a family DO YOU THINK IT IS SAFE OVERALL??? Please advise as I have little time to decide. thank u in advance!

It may depend on where you're located in the complex. I stay near the rental office and have had some issues with my apartment but they have been fixed. Overall my vehicle has never been broken into nor are their are alot of children/ teens in my area. There are teens that i notice that linger around the complex and surrounding neighborhoods. I've been there for a year and thus far I am satisfied with the complex, nowhere is 100%

But if someone is paying $1,200 and up for rent they do expect to live a little more comfortable than what I have been reading in the previous write ups....Do you agree?
