I have lived there for 1 yr. The property manager keeps trying to come on to me. He is very unprofessional and IS NEVER THERE! The ladies in the office try to cover up what he doesn't do but this place is a hot mess! The maintenance staff is always drunk when they go in your apt to fix stuff and sometimes takes your stuff. The property Mananger T. dACOSTA NEVER DID AN INVESTIGATION SO i had tO leave. I'm telling you anyone who is looking DON'T DO IT!!!!!I tried to transfer to another community but Realty Management but every other community they have is the same. You pay all this money for rent and get NO UPGRADES AT ALL. I guess if you sleep with the property manager you may get a new stove.

I am sooo glad that we have the opportunity to review comments from previous and past tenants before making a choose on where you want to live, because I do not want to jump from the Frying Pan into the Fire.....Thanks for your input I guess looks can be deceiving and for the price you would expect better. Do you have suggestions for better apartment complexes because I am trying to move by July 2010.
