It's Good - Village Lake is pretty good...for the area it's in. RENT IS TOO HIGH - Personally, I have lived in St. Charles apartments since 2001. I could not believe how fast rent rises here. You start off paying $850.00 for a one bedroom then within 2 years or less you find yourself paying almost $1,000 for a 1 bedroom. Some off us can afford that and can make ends meet just fine.
