lived here a year

All the "decent" apartments in Waldorf are expensive. I lived in these apartments for a year. They do not have "on ground" security. The security has to patrol all of the apartments off of Smallwood Drive. We had a problem (nothing to do with the community) and had to call the police. The police then in turn called security and they arrived before the police. The security officer did more for us than the police. The security officer and the apartment manager handled the matter in a very professional way making our life a little easier.
The grounds are kept up nicely. I use to go for several mile walks thru the neighborhood and was never concerned about my safety...even in the evenings.
The only trouble we had was cold air coming in around the patio door. Maintence was sent out but it was not to our satifaction so they came back to deal with the problem.
It is a pretty nice place to live...and it is a quite complex!!!!!
