I was surprised that I could hear absolutely nothing from the neighbors. Speaking of the neighbors I was surprised at how nice everyone seemed. The layout of the apartments were great - I loved having a washer and dryer right there in the apartment. Apt was conveniently located right next to Food Lion. Fox Chase is unique in that each apt was more like a villa with your very own front porch. Really cool! Great deal for the money! When I left I got 80% of my deposit back. If you apply, just be prepared to fill out and sign a lot of forms. If you have two cats (like me) you need to show proof of rabies vaccinations and provide a pic of each cat.
