It's fairly quiet here and the neighbors are all friendly. Parking isn't an issue and I've never experienced any safety/vandalism-type problems. It's also very nice not to have someone living over or under you and no steps! The location is very convenient to everything. The grounds are fairly well kept and the maintenance crew is fairly prompt and adequate.
