During the year that I lived in my townhome, There were several shooting, one which led to a fatality. Also, the residents involved in the fatal shooting had been the center of attention before but they weren't evicted until their actions resulted in homicide. Several of my neighbors were on welfare so they sat outside allday and hung out. Also, before I moved in, the unit a few doors down caught on fire and remained burned and unsitely for several months before it was restored. For the most part the office staff was friendly and maintenance responded quickly. Overall, I don't recommend this property. If you insist on living here, DON'T live on Hadley Drive. This street has so much traffic because people always use this street as shortcut through the community. Also, be sure to check the sex offenders registry...Charles County houses most of the sex offenders in the State of Maryland so I'm sure there are some lurking around in Holly Station!!!
