Some problems, not many

I have lived in Holly Station for going on two years. While I feel that for the price Holly Station is not completely unreasonable, I am currently looking for another place. I have felt relatively safe in the area, However, I have seen kids throw rocks at passing cars from the hidden areas closest to the street. On warm nights you will occassionally see children run rampant through the courts. The parking has been my biggest complaint, if I don't get a spot by 6pm, I won't be able to park anywhere close to my townhouse. I have quiet neighbors that keep to themselves, which is just the way I like it. Also, maintenance responds quickly and professionally. The office staff has always been exceptional. The one thing I will agree with most people are the rate increases. My rate has jumped over a hundred dollars per month in just the two years that I have been living here. The only reason they are doing this is because they are trying to keep up with the ridiculously inflated housing market. It is cheaper for me to move right now.
