In response to the letter dated 7/19/06.
I am a current resident at Holly Station, my family and I love it here, not much to do, maintenace takes care of my issues, the landscaping and snow removal is also done for us.In your letter you stated that your mailbox needed replaced, well thank your local post office for that, Holly Station can't touch them, i know because mine also needed replaced, it only took 1 call to the office to find that out.
The warrents that are being served is people not paying rent, who cares mine was paid as well as yours I'm sure.
Domestic calls- we don't live in a perfect world, couples have issues all the time.
Maintenance-once again,it took 3 minutes to place my calls to the office, which by the way are always fixed the next day, if not the same day, emergency calls within minutes.
There is a new leasing agent Jennifer, she was great you should stop by and meet her.
I sure am happy you are not my neighbor with such a closed mind, mine are great we look out for each other.
Maybe if you met your neighbors and got more involved with the community, you might see that Holly Station is really a nice home to live in.
