I to would like to comment on the Ghetto comment, First off Holly Station is a pretty nice place to live, my family and I moved here 3 months ago and we love it. As far as the police and domestic calls and all, we know that it is very quiet and most of the neighbors I have met are nice and helpful. As far as the Ghetto comment first you need to go to the ghetto (SE Washington) to know what one is. The upstairs however does get a little hot but turn your air down, some morning I wake up and I'm freezing. But I to agree that you should talk to some of your neighbors because there are some places in Waldorf that you would not want to think about living in. (Smallwood) is just the place. But again if you have that many issues call Jennifer, she is sweet and helpful
