I'm new to the Waldorf area, and Holly Station is a nice place to live. I have had no problems with the staff they are very nice team of professionals. The maintenance staff responds quickly and professionally, even when it was just the overhead light in the kitchen. To say the staff is ghetto and rude, to me it was not a true statement. I deal with people daily, I pretty much know ghetto & rude and the staff at Holly Station is far from that.

Me, too. A few little maintenance problems here or there, but I have not dealt with an unfriendly staff. I was there Mar 2007-2008. The rent increase and my job are the reasons why I'm not with them, but overall a good place to live.
