We have had so many problems from them, the air does'nt work properly, the windows don't stay up, they showed us one town house that we would be moving in and on moving day we get one that need a bunch of repairs to it, and we had to keep calling them to fix and it's been almost a year. They tried to charge us for a pet, that we have never had. Lost payments for rent, that we paid them and they say we still owe them even though they cashed the payment. The rents steady going up. For the money you will pay there, buy a house don't rent there.

I agree with the move-in date. We had a move-in date scheduled and they knew we were coming. We called all of the utility companies and gave everyone our new address. We get there on move-in day and the darn thing was NOT Ready. We had a moving truck, and people waiting on that day to hook us up and we had to scramble around to get everything changed. They gave no apology, no pro-rated rent for the next month, no ANYTHING for this horrible experience. That was so retarded.
