If I had a choice to move out right now I would, however it would cost me more to move out than to just stay unitl the end of my lease. I moved in a few months ago under Bozzuito Management, anbd everything was fine. Then the management companies switched and things have gone downhill from there. The air conditioner kept breaking all summer long as well and the dishwasher too. Everytime you call the office for something it takes forever to get it done. Or if you go into the office you get told something different from every person in there. It is all very unorganized. I dont suggest anyone moving in here and will now be renewing my lease.
